This is a video on Disruptive Innovation, by Harvard Professor Clayton Christensen sent to me recently by an industry friend. This concept will explain a lot about how companies seek after their target merkets, but then eventually revert to the low margin markets. This is a very interesting view and worth the time. It will explain a lot, and can also help understand the value of product in some cases. When looking at this from a Reverse Logistics (Aftermarket) prospective, we can see how even "B" stock and resale plays a large part in this process today, especially when that process of resale is used competitively. As you listen to this, you can obviously see a trend and how the RL world plays a very large part in the concept and ow it helps the creation of jobs and opportunities.
