Unemployment Rate

Within the last 3 years, America has fallen into what many have called a recession. One of the most difficult effects of this recession was the climb in unemployment throughout America. I came across the following information a few days ago, found here, and played around with its many features. This graph displays the unemployment rate throughout the United States anywhere from the 1950’s to 2013. Beneath the graph is a pool of useful information, including definitions, and an overview of our most recent rate of unemployment. Currently, the employment rate is steadily increasing as America creeps out of the recession.
